TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATIONThe words and phrases set out below shall have the meanings assigned to them:

• "Customer" means the individual, company or other entity which places a bet with Betregal.
• "Terms and Conditions" means these terms and conditions of use.
• "Betregal" or "us/we/our" means Betregal, including its subsidiaries, affiliates and successor companies.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONSBy opening an account with us, placing bets or otherwise using our services, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

3. CHANGING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONSWe may change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website. The Customer's continued use of our services after changes have been made shall constitute acceptance of the new or revised terms.

4. GENERAL RULES

• We operate in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to betting, gaming and other related activities.
• We reserve the right to refuse any bet or request for a withdrawal at our sole discretion.
• No person under the age of 18 years (or such higher minimum age as may be specified by law) is permitted to use our services.

5. ACCOUNT AND SECURITYWe will provide the Customer with an account and password which must be used to access their account. The Customer shall maintain the confidentiality and security of their account details, including their username and password, and notify us immediately if they become aware of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

• All payments made by the Customer are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions.
• We may charge a fee for certain services (e.g., payment processing fees).
• The Customer acknowledges that we have the right to demand additional identification, proof of address or other information from them at any time.

7. WAGERING AND BETTING RULES

• All wagers must be made in accordance with our betting rules.
• We reserve the right to reject any wager for any reason without explanation.
• The Customer acknowledges that we have the discretion to determine all winning and losing outcomes, including void bets or disputed events.

8. WITHDRAWAL TERMSWe will only pay out winnings to Customers who comply with these Terms and Conditions. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification procedures before being processed.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION

• Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be governed by, construed in accordance with and resolved through a fair arbitration process.
• These Terms and Conditions (including their interpretation) will be determined exclusively by English law.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENTThese Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Betregal and the Customer regarding the subject matter hereof. All prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, are hereby superseded.

11. GOVERNING LAW

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
• Any disputes arising from their interpretation or enforcement will be resolved through a fair arbitration process.

12. VOIDANCEWe may void any wager, bet or transaction if it appears to us that the Customer has:

• Engaged in fraudulent activity or attempted to manipulate our systems;
• Used automated software (bots) to place bets;
• Otherwise breached these Terms and Conditions.In such cases we reserve the right to reclaim any winnings already paid out.

13. CANCELLATION AND SUSPENSIONWe may cancel a wager, bet or transaction if it appears to us that:

• The Customer has contravened these Terms and Conditions;
• There is an error in the betting process or outcome;
• We have reason to believe the Customer's account has been compromised.

14. FINAL PROVISION

By using our services, the Customer acknowledges having read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
